Monitor internal services behind your firewall
Most uptime tools check from the public internet, so they can't see your private APIs, databases or office network. CuliPulse runs a small agent inside your network that checks them and reports back over an outbound connection — no inbound ports, no VPN.
The problem
- Public checkers can't reach private IP addresses or internal hostnames.
- Opening a firewall port just so a monitor can get in adds risk.
- A self-hosted monitor is one more server you have to keep an eye on.
How it works
1. Install the agent
Run one command with Docker or the Linux installer, or apply a Kubernetes manifest, inside the network. The agent is open source (Apache-2.0).
2. Add checks
Point HTTP, port, ping and UDP checks at internal hostnames and private IP addresses.
3. Get alerted
Alerts go to email, Slack, Telegram or a webhook after a set number of failed checks in a row (2 by default), so one blip doesn't wake anyone.
