Tune when a service counts as recovered

You can now set how many good checks in a row it takes before CuliPulse calls a service recovered, and how many failing checkpoints it takes to call it down. Fewer false alarms when a flaky service bounces up and down.

• Set a recovery threshold per monitor
• Require agreement from more than one checkpoint before you get paged

Filter your monitors by who runs them

Filter the monitors list by All, Shared, or Private, so you can quickly separate the checks CuliPulse runs for you from the ones your own agent runs behind your firewall.
