Overview

This policy explains what CuliPulse (part of CuliOps) collects, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: support@culipulse.dev.

What we collect

Account information from your sign-in provider (Google or GitHub): your email, name, and provider account id. The monitors, agents, and checks you configure and their results. The Telegram chat id you connect, if you opt into Telegram alerts. Basic logs and usage needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use it

To run the Service, perform the checks you set up, send the alerts you request, keep the Service secure, and improve it. We don't use your data for advertising.

Sharing & subprocessors

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the Service: Cloudflare (hosting and edge infrastructure), Telegram (only to deliver alerts you connect), and Google/GitHub (sign-in). Each processes data on our behalf or as you direct.

Data retention

Monitoring history is kept according to your plan (14, 60, or 180 days). Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within a reasonable period after you close it or ask us to.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Sensitive values such as monitor credentials are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data — email support@culipulse.dev and we'll help. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie (__Host-cp_session) to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

International transfers

CuliPulse runs on global infrastructure, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on our providers' safeguards for such transfers.

Children

CuliPulse isn't directed at children under 16 and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you where appropriate.
