Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using CuliPulse ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. CuliPulse is operated by CuliPulse, part of CuliOps ("we", "us").

2. The service

CuliPulse monitors websites, APIs, and network services you configure and notifies you about their status. We work to keep it reliable, but it is provided "as is" — we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and CuliPulse is not a substitute for your own incident response.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly at support@culipulse.dev if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

Only monitor targets you own or are authorized to check. Don't use the Service to attack, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any system; to break the law; or to disrupt the Service or other users. Don't resell, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its agents.

5. Plans, billing & changes

CuliPulse offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid features require an active subscription. We may change plans, limits, or prices with reasonable notice of material changes; changes don't apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.

6. Availability & no warranty

The Service may change, be suspended for maintenance, or be discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses from missed or delayed alerts, downtime, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
